The shop offers a worldwide destination list. Choose your country in your bag to see the shipping charge for your order. The destinations offered at checkout determine whether an address is supported.

Shipping is charged once per order, rather than once per item. The current rate is shown in your bag and again at checkout. All shop prices and shipping charges are in US dollars.

Taxes & the final total

Product prices and the shipping fee are shown before tax. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout using the address you enter. Review the complete total before confirming your payment.

Confirmation & order updates

After a successful checkout, you’ll see a confirmation with your order reference. Use the private link sent to your email to view your order and its updates. Keep the reference handy if you need help.

Shipment and tracking updates appear on your order page as they become available.

An address or order needs changing?

Review your email and destination before you finish checkout. If something is incorrect afterward, contact shop support with your order reference and explain what needs changing. We’ll review the order and help you with the next step.
